The Result of Mixing Seeds

Due to the practice of this ministry/article instead of using Jesus, we will use the messiah’s Hebrew name Yahusha (some use Yeshua), instead of using Lord, we will use Yah (for short) Yahuah, instead of God, we’ll use Elohim (Power(s))

Recently there was a tov (good) question that was asked in the ministry. The question was: according to Leviticus 19:19, are we not supposed to plant multiple types of crops in our garden? This is a great question, one of which we will answer and dissect as accurately as possible. 1st Let’s look at that verse and another that speaks to this:

Wayikra (Leviticus) 19:19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee.

Devariym (Deuteronomy) 22:9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled. 10 Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together. 11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.

Now looking at these verses at 1st glance appears to be understood as, don’t plant different crops in your garden. However, when we examine very carefully, the cultural, and definitive understanding of why Yahuah said what He said, it doesn’t mean that at all. Many people/commentaries would try to explain this by implying ceremonially/ritually unclean. But let’s examine the texts to see exactly what Yahuah is saying despite what others think He’s saying. Pay attention to the wisdom of the Word. Walk with me…

My wife and I do a bit of gardening, and we’ve had so much revelation on how to live life. Gardening not only teaches how to work with the seed/soil, but also teaches Yahuah’s principles in fascinating ways. Please place that in your spirit because it’s very important as we build on this meaning. Understand that these verses are going to be looked at in different ways but will lead us back to the same conclusion. With different kinds of seeds mixed and sown together between rows of vines in the vineyard, would/could cause issues. With any kind of seed differing from that of the vine, which would produce either herbs, corn, or fruit bearing trees, whose fruit might be mingled with the fruit of the vines, could result in death of the harvest. Why? Because the different crops will fight for resources and nourishment from the ground for survival. Seeds/crops can be choked out, starved, and ultimately die. This is why the scripture speaks about the potential of or fear of the produce of the crop (fruit of the vineyard) will be defiled. Also, think about it like this: What if you have various seeds in a bag and don’t know which is which? Would it be highly possible that what was mentioned earlier would happen? The fight for resources and the difficulty of harvesting crops from a mixed harvest! Why? Because different crops grow at different rates, speeds, and some calmly grow or wildly grow. This is frustrating to reap when there’s inconsistency because of varying crops that are growing intertwined with each other. Also, let’s say herbs were planted close to fruit, such as watermelon, the vine would strangle, and kill the herbs. This is why, as a gardener, knowing how far away something needs to be planted is important. Watermelon, as we mentioned, is recommended to be planted 6-8 feet apart. Why? Because the vines grow extremely wild and can wrap around anything near it (poles, other fruit, herbs, vegetation, etc.…). When we examine the wisdom of this command carefully, we see a few things. Yahuah is teaching them (Israelites) how to plant, and the caution of combining two opposing elements. Now, many would look at this and automatically think hybrid, but that’s not necessarily the point here. (Hybridization is a thing but we’re going to look at this concept differently to marry some elements together.) The true point from this is, what is the result of combining different elements too close to each other? When you have 2 entirely different things, with 2 entirely different characters, personalities, natures, etc., the result will be disaster, destruction, chaos, and death. If you plant grains together, they will mix, and the result will be a weaker, lesser grain than the original. Even when we view the issue with the mixing of garments, it only applies to linen, wool and leather. If you try to weave them together, the stronger thread will decimate the weaker thread and ruin the garment. We see this concept/principle taught throughout the entirety of the Bible. This is what we view as consistency analysis. Consistency analysis is, in short, viewing how constant, reliable, and trustworthy that data/idea is throughout the whole of the study. We’re warned in the Bible to be not unequally yoked! This is extremely important because at the end of the day, it’s about domination, “A Game of Thrones.” It’s about which is going to dominate the other. You see this happen in many cases with pregnancies. There have been cases where twins are sharing space- 1 is getting stronger (weight, size, and development is increasing or on track) while the other is getting weaker (weight, size, and development is decreasing or slowing). You can kind of see this concept in part in this biblical narrative: Genesis 25:21 And Isaac intreated Yahuah for his wife, because she was barren: and Yahuah was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. 22 And the children struggled together within her; and she said, why is this happening to me? And she went to enquire of Yahuah. 23 And Yahuah said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. 24 And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb. 25 And the first came out red, all over like an hairy garment; and they called his name Esau. 26 And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob: and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare them.

Yahuah teaches us that there’s a danger in mixing seeds because of the struggle, fight, and contending for domination. If a mixed seed prevails, there’s always one aspect that is the most dominant. When this happens, we can see which was forced to conform, or rather beat into submission. We’re instructed through the Bible to not be unequally yoked. 2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Mashiach (Messiah) with Belial (worthless, wicked, evil)? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel (unfaithful, unbelieving, untrustworthy)? 16 And what agreement hath the temple of Elohim (God) with idols? for ye are the temple of the living Elohim (God); as Elohim (God) hath said, I will dwell in them and walk in them; and I will be their Elohim (God), and they shall be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Master, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith Yahuah Almighty.

Exodus 23:23 For my Malak (Angel) shall go before thee, and bring you in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off. 24 You shalt not bow down to their Elohim (gods), nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images. 25 And ye shall serve Yahuah you Elohim (the LORD your God), and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. 32 You shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods. 33 They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me: for if thou serve their Elohim (gods), it will surely be a snare unto thee.

Pay attention to the meaning, it's very important
Pay attention to the meaning, it's very important

Deuteronomy 7:1 When Yahuah your Elohim shall bring thee into the land whither you goest to possess it, and have cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou; 2 And when Yahuah your Elohim shall deliver them before you; you shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; you shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: 3 Neither shalt you make marriages with them; your daughter you shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt you take unto your son. 4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other Elohim (gods): so will the anger of Yahuah be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.

1 Thessalonians 5:5 You are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

Ephesians 5:3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; 4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. 5 For this you know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, have any inheritance in the kingdom of Messiah and Elohim. 6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of Elohim upon the children of disobedience. 7 Be not you therefore partakers with them. 8 For you were sometimes darkness, but now are you light in the Master: walk as children of light:

11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

John 17:14 I have given them your word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I pray not that you shouldest take them out of the world, but that you shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them through your truth: your word is truth.

Mattiyahu (Matthew) 10:16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

So, from the several verses posted here, we can see how Yahuah demands us to be separated, not to be entangled with sin. Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Messiah have made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.  2 Peter 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the master and Saviour Yahusha Ha’mashiach, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. Sin is a transgression of Yah’s instructions. 1John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. Sin is a contrary seed from that which we’ve received. Sin is a contrary, differing, completely opposed seed implanted within our nature that results in death (the result in having differing seeds in the same plot of land).

Psalms 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of Yahuah is eternal life through Yahusha Ha’mashiach our master.

James 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Just as mixing 2 different elements together in a field can produce disaster, so can mixing different elements in our lives. Shaul (Paul) elaborates more on this concept

Rom 7:13 Did that which is good, then, bring death to me? By no means! It was sin, producing death in me through what is good, in order that sin might be shown to be sin, and through the commandment might become sinful beyond measure. 14 For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am of the flesh, sold under sin. 15 For I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate.

16 Now if I do what I do not want, I agree with the law, that it is good. 17 So now it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me. 18 For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh. For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me. 21 So I find it to be a law that when I want to do right, evil lies close at hand. 22 For I delight in the law of Elohim, in my inner being, 23 but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members. 24 Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? 25 Thanks be to Yahuah through Yahusha the Messiah out master! So then, I myself serve the law of Elohim with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin. (ESV)

Shaul (Paul) mentions that we have 2 conflicting natures inside of us that’s constantly at war. Even in this verse: Galatians 5:17 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.

Understanding this makes us understand that all of us are a type of hybrid creature. Some of you might be like what? A hybrid is defined as 1.: an offspring of two animals or plants of different subspecies, breeds, varieties, species, or genera. 2.: a person whose background is a blend of two diverse cultures or traditions. 3.: something having or produced by a combination or two or more distinct elements. There are many people that are opposed to everything that is hybrid (Regardless of where you stand concerning this, a point is being made here, so please don’t misrepresent my position, but let’s think about this *). Many of you may disagree with this, but try to see the heart in what’s about to be written.

Well, if we look at hybrid means, then we must be opposed to everyone as well. Look at how many different systems/schools of thought we’ve adopted from schools to theology, to trauma, etc. Many fruits today, though hybrid, do have many health benefits. I’m not saying you should eat hybrid fruits, but looking at this carefully, we must consider that many of the things we consume are hybrid. But in all of this, what is the result? Is it bringing destruction or promoting life? Let’s think about something… We are made of flesh (body), a soul (mind, will, intellect, emotions), and a Spirit (life/breath). Let's consider something here. When Yahuah speaks to us, we are inclined to believe him. Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of Yah. But what happens when that faith is challenged or opposed? We began to operate as something/someone else, or resurrect a dead trait that should've remained dead. Consider this story centered around Thomas.

John 20:24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Yahusha came. 25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the master. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. 26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Yahusha, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My master and my elohim.

Many people falsely call him doubtful Thomas, when in reality all of them, and us have doubted at one point or another. Thomas, a man wounded by his leader's death and torture, is now hearing that the master he saw die, has visited them. Honestly, I would say they were delusional too. Thomas demanded proof before he believed their report. Think about this.. A man that watched Yahusha do incredible miracles, speak words of power, and even prophesy death/resurrection, now finds himself in a place of unbelief. His heart wounded, hope seems loss, and going through the motion of being present; Now is being told that hope that was lost has revived but he wasn't visited by it. Look at how much 2 differing doctrines and beliefs systems were operating in him, but disbelief was transforming him into something else. Let's look at the name Thomas for a moment:

Thomas means twin
Thomas means twin

Notice, the name Thomas means twin. Whether he was an actual twin or not, we don't know. However, look at how physically he looked like himself, but internally he was a completely different person. There are different types of twins, but if identical, appearances are nearly the same, but they're entirely different. A piece of us want to believe but the other demands a merging, and ultimately dominates. In Psychology, it's termed as high function and low functioning. "High-functioning" in psychology generally refers to individuals who appear to be functioning well in their daily lives and meeting societal expectations despite experiencing a mental health condition or disorder. This term emphasizes the individual's ability to cope and manage their condition (not just medical but mental challenges in life) while maintaining a high level of productivity and functionality. "Low-functioning" generally refers to an inability to perform effectively or as well as one should, particularly in the context of a person with a disability or mental health condition. It often implies that a person may struggle with daily activities, social interactions, or other aspects of life compared to others with the same condition. It can include depression, low self-esteem, low self worth, anxiety, etc. Many times, we can be low functioning when we succumb to the dominance of our feelings, rather than live above that (high functioning). Colossians 3:1  If ye then be risen with Messiah, seek those things which are above, where Messiah sitteth on the right hand of Yahuah.

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. (I'll do another blog dealing with this in detail later)

When the Spirit of Yahuah fills us, aren’t we a hybrid being (composed of our nature due to our background, and an essence from another realm)? Consider this…

Mark 1:10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him: 11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. 12 And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness. Act 1:8 But you shall receive power, after that the set apart (Holy, Sanctified) Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Act 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. John 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Spirit was not yet given; because that Yahusha was not yet glorified.) Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. Luke 1:41 And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit: 42 And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.

Luke 1:67 And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying, Act 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spake the word of Yah with boldness. Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Yahusha the messiah: 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Messiah, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. The point of these verses is to show that our nature changes once we are filled with Yah’s Spirit. Once that happens, it changes us and makes us say and do things we didn’t have power to do before.  What does that promote, destruction or life? Consider this for a moment… Consider a lemon. Many people use a lemon to help, in a sense, purify water. A lemon is a hybrid fruit made of citrons and sour or bitter oranges, originating in northeastern India. It is stated that lemons are rich in vitamin C. It can help improve the absorption of iron from plant-based sources, which is crucial for vegans who may be at higher risk of iron deficiency. Lemons are great for iron absorption, hydration, immune system (lymphatic system) support, metabolism boost, digestive health, skin health, can improve cognitive function (mood), may prevent formation of kidney stones, etc. However, limes do pretty much the same thing. Limes are generally considered slightly more acidic than lemons which means it has a slightly higher pH. PH deals with how acidic or the alkalinity (the water’s ability to neutralize acids). The human body is an alkaline unit. If too much acidity is consumed, it can cause issues like excessive mucus, joint pain, sickness, etc. Fruits have acidity to them, but it’s stated that fruits can have an alkalizing effect on the body after they are metabolized. Fruits have an alkalizing effect after being metabolized because they contain high amounts of alkaline-forming minerals like potassium, calcium, and magnesium. These minerals help neutralize excess acidity in the body and contribute to a more balanced pH. While fruits might initially appear acidic, their breakdown and metabolism yield an alkaline residue, helping to counter the body's natural acid-producing processes. The more alkaline the body is, the healthier it is. Be mindful that different charts are going to show different things.

Lime isn’t hybrid and can be used instead of lemon (key lime specifically). There’s some information that notes that key lime is the more alkaline between lemon and lime.  The point here is, lemon, though hybrid, is richer in certain things than lime. (*I am not saying you should use lemon, or even use it over a lime, but lemon has benefits that can be utilized as well, and many people use it. I’m simply making a point here and disagreements may be made on both sides, which is ok. I personally use both. It depends on the need and availability, but for argument sake, use lime/non-hybrid fruit if possible.) Getting off of fruit and back to the point that was being made.

Being filled with Yah’s Spirit promotes light and life. On the contrary, when an unclean spirit oppresses/possesses an individual, they become hybrid too! Consider this…

Genesis 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of Elohim saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And Yahuah said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of Elohim came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. 5 And Elohim saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Mark 5:1 And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes. 2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, 3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: 4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him. 5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones. Mark 9:17 And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit; 18 And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not. Act 19:13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Yahusha the master, saying, We adjure you by Yahusha whom Paul preacheth. 14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. 15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Yahusha I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? 16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. 1 Samuel 16:14 But the Spirit of Yahuah departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from Yahuah troubled him. 15 And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from Elohim troubleth thee. 16 Let our master now command thy servants, which are before thee, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on an harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from Elohim is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well. 23 And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from Elohim was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him. 1 Samuel 18:10 And it came to pass on the morrow, that the evil spirit from Elohim came upon Saul, and he prophesied in the midst of the house: and David played with his hand, as at other times: and there was a javelin in Saul's hand.  11 And Saul cast the javelin; for he said, I will smite David even to the wall with it. And David avoided out of his presence twice.

So, as we have examined from the texts above, unclean/evil spirits come to bring destruction, chaos, create abnormal conditions/health issues, behavioral deprivation, and increase strength for harm. So, if we are now being transformed from darkness into light, have embraced newness in mashiach (messiah), anything outside of mashiach in Yahuah will also bring death/destruction to our inner man. Think about it! When you’re striving to live for Yahuah, you commit sin, what happens to you internally? Doesn’t it feel like something dies inside of you? It should! Why? Because you are connected to another element that is in opposition to death. LIFE! So, when death (due to sin, trauma, lies, etc. whether your fault or not) attaches itself to life (due to living righteously in Yahuah, being healed, being whole, forgiveness, etc.) in you, it becomes a vampire. A vampire is a mythical creature that subsists by feeding on the vital essence (generally in the form of blood) of the living. Have you ever heard of a vampire parasite before? The term "vampire parasite" refers to several different biological entities, both real and fictional, that feed on or exploit other organisms for their own benefit. Some examples include the tongue-eating louse in fish, vampire bats, Schistosomiasis (Vampire Worms), Parasitic Plants, etc.

For the sake of this blog and point made, let’s focus on the parasitic plant. Some parasitic plants have evolved to live on or within other plants, drawing nutrients and water without performing photosynthesis.

Parasitic plants are classified depending on the location where the parasitic plant latches onto the host (root or stem), the amount of nutrients it requires, and their photosynthetic capability. Some parasitic plants can locate their host plants by detecting volatile chemicals in the air or soil given off by host shoots or roots, respectively. A parasitic plant is a plant that derives some or all its nutritional requirements from another living plant. All parasitic plants develop a specialized organ called the haustorium, which penetrates the host plant, connecting them to the host vasculature (the vascular system of a part of the body and its arrangement). The vascular system is made up of the vessels that carry blood and lymph fluid through the body. It's also called the circulatory system. The arteries and veins carry blood all over the body. They send oxygen and nutrients to the body tissues. And they take away tissue waste. Pay attention to how it’s defined and explained. The parasitic plants search for an opportunity to fight, conquer, devour, and take the spoils of war often through deceit, or secrecy. Notice the parasitic plants are always stationed in a place to steal the resources away from plants that produce nutrients/life.

Yahuchanan (John)10:10 The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

The reality is, we don’t know in every case where there’s a contrary/adversarial wind that is blowing in our lives. The circumstances that’s presented in parts of our lives, will make us feel it’s authentic/genuine. This is why The Spirit of Yah is so important. The Spirit of Yah is a discerning (recognizing) wind that searches, exposes, brings to light every hidden element that’s there. Consider this…

Genesis 1:1 With beginning Elohim created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of Elohim moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And Elohim said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And Elohim saw the light, that it was good: and Elohim divided the light from the darkness.

When we examine this text, notice it was ONLY the spirit of Yah that searched, exposed, and caused the light to shine through the darkness. Without The Spirit of The Most High, we won’t be able to discern the darkness, or at the very least, how deep the darkness goes. Notice the word spirit in the text. The word spirit used here is the Hebrew word ruach.

Notice how the word ruach not only indicates spirit, but also wind, breath, and mind. The connection between breath and wind is your words that flow from the mind. Words/actions don’t just come out before the mind processes it first. A word is a thought that is manifested by sound or expression. Words are not just expressed through your mouth, but through your very being. Have you ever heard this saying? Actions speak louder than words! How can actions have words? Everything that exists has a language that speaks things to us in different ways. For example, what does this tell you if you see it?

It should scream to you “GET OUT OF THERE! RUN QUICKLY! THIS IS DEATH! YOU’RE GONNA DIE!” Your mind should be informing you very quickly that this is a death sentence, right?

This should speak something different. Something like, summertime/relaxation vibes, right? The very Word of Yah is the spirit (breath, wind, mind) of Yah.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth (make alive); the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of Elohim is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

John 4:24 Yah is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim. 2 The same was in the beginning with Elohim. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Notice how the word is personified here that exposed/conquered darkness and made everything, but in Genesis 1 it calls it the spirit (ruach). Now the new testament is predominantly written in Greek. The Greek word used for spirit here is

As you see, it’s literally the same as the Hebrew word ruach, and the usages express everything stated here. Pneuma is the root word for pneumonia which deals with affecting the air/wind of the lungs. It’s also the root of pneumatics, which is mechanical components operating with air/gas. Notice the text above accredits The Word to making everything and Genesis says spirit. Look at this text

Psalm 33:6 By the word of Yahuah were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. So, Yah being a Spirit, created everything with His Word/breath of His mouth. Remember, this same word/spirit is what discerns, and exposes the depths (whether it’s the inner thoughts/intentions of a person’s heart or shining through darkness on a global level). This is important because Yah’s Word is what gives us instruction, direction, and guidance for food for our life.

Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled you, and allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you knewest not, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of Yahuah doth man live.

Isaiah 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

The Word of Yahuah is so deep and detailed that from 1 instruction on how to plant, what not to mix, and ultimately life lessons are birthed. Yah is the master teacher that teaches us through vegetation to operate a certain way, just as we have established here. Are the seeds in the field of your life complimentary, equally yoked/bonded together to produce/supplement life, or are the seeds encouraging death to productivity in you? When was the last time you took inventory of your life and inner being? Are there any parasites within you? What season are you in life? Have your seeds been planted in the right climate/soil? Have you allowed someone you trust with the spirit of Yah to inspect your field (life)? Have you truly received the Spirit of Yah within you? Do you have discernment?

In summary: Learn the wisdom of Yah and what He’s teaching us through observation and experience. Two different seeds, crops, way of life, doctrines, etc. should not be in our field. Yahuah demands separation and we have a charge to be that. He never commanded us to merge fruits/vegetation to recreate His creation. This was not a lesson on planting hybrid fruits and/or vegetables, even though it was discussed. But rather a lesson of being careful of having opposing seeds that might fight each other, ending in death/destruction. I encourage you not to plant hybrids if possible. Neither was this in defense of you eating hybrid items. In my and my wife’s garden, we’re planting no hybrids. So don’t come for me! Talking about Moreh promoting Hybrids LOL. I am NOT! This wasn’t a lesson about that, but rather to show how there are so many different dynamics that we probably haven’t considered. To be clear, I am 100% for natural fruits/vegetation, and encourage it. I pray you discerned the heart in what I was trying to express. I’m not comparing myself to Shaul (Paul) but

2 Peter 3:15 Bear in mind that our master’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote to you with the wisdom that Yah gave him. 16 He writes the same way

in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction (NIV).

Again, I pray you don’t misunderstand my position. DON’T PLANT HYBRIDS BUT THIS ISN’T THE POINT OF THE READING!  This whole thing is about a fight for domination, control, “Game of thrones.” Yahuah teaches us through this how to avoid unnecessary warfare from crops to our lives. Prayerfully, this helped to show the importance of following Yahuah’s instructions because it’s life for us. I’ll end with this. The Hebrew word translated law is Torah.

The root word for torah is yarah which means to aim/shoot as an archer

Yah’s Word is our aim and bread, so let’s direct our focus to Yah. Yahuah doesn’t want us to be harmed, and this is why following His torah is important. It keeps us safe within a boundary. Boundaries keep us safe. It’s the difference between this

Or this

Fire outside of a boundary causes destruction, death, and chaos (sin-outside torah, not heeding/disobeying Yah’s instruction). But within a boundary it’s enjoyable, cozy, and comfortable (Torah-obeying Yah).  Shalom Shalom

Shalom, this post was very tov and came at a necessary time. As I’m currently transitioning to a new season of life there have been issues/wounds within me that have been daring to be opened up, in one way or another. I have noticed through the voice of Yahuah in my life that He is calling me deeper into function. My name holds the connotations of healing, life, abundance, growth, and transformation. In order to function I have to be separate from anything holding me to the past or binding death within me. This was a tov reminder of this and brought me to a place of reflection as I prepare to transition. Todah rabbah for sharing your research on…
