Exercise & Fitness

Shalom mishpacha and welcome to our fitness page. We are so happy that you're taking your health seriously. Like our other pages that focus on different things, this one focuses on physical fitness. Here, you can expect to find information that will help you start, maintain, or challenge yourself to take authority over your fitness. Be prepared to re-focus, rebuild, be restored, renewed and re-established. Body composition, heart health/ cardiorespiratory, strength, endurance, flexibility, etc. Ultimately, we are vessels of divine purpose, designed to carry out the will of Yahuah with strength, endurance and clarity. Along with herbs, building muscles are important as well. We want to be holistic in every element of our lives, not just spiritual, but also physical for Yahuah's purpose. Yahuah created man in his own image, in the image of Elohim created he him; male and female created he them. And YAHUAH blessed them, and Elohim said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (Genesis 1:27-28). For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the word of the YAHUAH endureth forever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. (1Peter 1:24-25) To subdue and take dominion, as commanded, we must attain and maintain a healthy level of FITNESS while we have breath in our bodies.
