Hebrew Word list-commonly used & pronounced in this ministry
Shalom mishpacha (peace family)! We are happy that you have a desire to reconnect to our Hebraic culture given to out forefathers of the faith; Or at the various least want to have an understanding of why we say & hold fast to the things we do. Because we are students of the Word, we're striving to learn the language spoken by our Israelite ancestors before captivity. The front of the book was written mostly in Hebrew, with certain portions written in Aramaic (portions of Daniel, Ezra, & Nehemiah), and the back was translated into Greek, but there are Hebrew/Aramaic Words therein. The Hebrew language is the foundation in which we build upon and so we make it a practice to use the Hebrew language. This is a small, not full compiled list of different Hebrew words, what they are in English translations, meanings, & how we pronounce them here. We are not in competition with any other Hebrew ministry, as we're all learning, so there is no debating that will be done from us on the topic. I pray this list aids in your growth & understanding. Shalom
